Pace Arc exists because I couldn’t find honest Canadian answers.

When I started going through the CASC-OR licensing process, every guide I found was American, outdated, or buried in forum threads written in 2009. Costs were in USD. Organizations were SCCA and NASA. The tracks were Laguna Seca and Road Atlanta.

I’m Francois Cote — a Canadian driver working my way through the CASC-OR licensing system in 2026, competing in the FEL Radical Cup with TWOth Autosport. I built Pace Arc to document the journey and answer the questions nobody was answering for Canadian drivers.
